I've just been doing some booking for the months ahead and I have to say that Ambassador Tickets is by far the best online service. The fact that you can choose your seats from a seating plan and that the discounts are available just by entering a code is great.

I think all other theatre chain sites should do this. Delfont Mackintosh, Nimax and See for the Really Useful theatres. It would make such a difference. Your thoughts...

I would utterly love to book tickets for things online if there was a way of doing it and being able to pick my seat, but sadly RUG don't appear to be doing that sad.gif So box office (inconvenient) and Theatremonkey it is for now.

I enjoy the Delfont Mackintosh online booking experience, but it would be greatly improved if I could pick my own seat. For now, I'll stick with the RSC and the NT. And the Globe, where I give 'em my £5 then fight for my spot on the day. XD The Ambassador site is pretty good, but regularly flummoxes my elderly PC, so doesn't quite manage to score top marks.
