Years ago, I saw a production of 'one of the Kings of Shakespeare' at the Watermill Theatre in Newbury, which although I didn't really understand it, I enjoyed it, and it stuck in my memory for having half of it set in the gardens outside, and the fact they had a real horse (shame I couldn't remember which title it was

I've just been back to the Watermill (to see Blithe Spirit) and there was a poster up of this production which gave me the title - Henry V (not Richard III or or Henry VI etc etc) - except it was in German...I did manage to glean the year 1997 and the director, Edward Hall.

A quick google now has made me realise this was the birth of the Propeller Theatre Company....a company whose work I've not seen since my theatre going started in earnest last year, but they are definitely on my radar.

Does anyone remember this production, or know anything else about it. I'd love to read some reviews (I've only found one so far) or get hold of a programme if possible (seeing as I now buy and keep a programme for everything I see), or see some production images.
