I think this was explored in another thread some time ago - there were plans to bring it over but nothing new has been said lately. However it would need a BIG
Theatre with a big stage - difficult at the moment but maybe 2010?

I think it WILL happen, but I think we may have a few more years wait as it would deffinatley need something Dominion/Prince Of Edwards/Apollo Victoria size! (I AM NOT SAYING ANY SHOWS THERE ARE LIKELY TO CLOSE, THIS IS JUST THE SIZE OF THEATRE SHREK WOULD NEED!)

I think it's headed for the Palladium after Sister Act.

Disney won't give up the Lyceum.

Having seen it id be amazed if it lasted in a theatre the size of the Palladium, in fact Im not sure it would last long at all. Its not doing great business on Broadway considering the high running costs, and it is distinctly average at best

Ha! Sister Act hasn't even opened yet, and they're already thinking about the next show!

They'll never allow it to go to the Palladium - it's too great a theatre. Also I think that Sister Act will have a long run. What about the Cambridge - Chicago seems to be on its way out.
