Playbill have just announced that the lovely little Irish film Once is being developed as a Broadway musical. Not quite sure how I feel about this. I think it could make a lovely two hander but I'd want to see it in the upstairs room of a pub not in a big proscenium theatre. I think it might also work better as a song cycle not a full scale musical. What does anyone else feel?
