Did anyone listen to John on Elaine page on Sunday the Music was different but The fun certainly was there. What was in his coffee?.

Ha Ha, I listened to some of the show yesterday and the bit I heard sounded a bit hyper but it's good to hear musical theatre performers on Radio 2 and it sounded like he was having fun.

Yeah I agree - was great to have some life to the programme. EP is great fun but he brought a new energy to the show.

He is a great performer but god he can be annoying on tv/radio, he is SO over the top. He seems to have upped the campness level for some reason. Although he is refreshingly honest and upfront - I just wish he would tone down the OTT

You are quite right Marius. I never noticed it before but he did sound very camp. Sometimes it was like listening to Liberace.

He is a great singer, but...............................................come back Elaine, all is forgiven.
