We've just got Jersey Boys. Legally Blonde is on the way. What else should be brought over?

I know I'm in the minority but I would have liked Tarzan over here. I love the music. I think plans for a transfer have been completely scrapped though.

I would also love to see more off-Broadway productions make it over here. I really enjoy seeing shows like 'I Love You Because' and 'I Sing' at quaint little pub theatres around London.
I think the New Players Theatre should be used more than it is - it's the perfect size for off-broadway transfers. Altar Boyz would be great in there.

What else should cross the pond? And what should we send their way (if anything!!)?

I'd love to see this here but i have a feeling it wont sell over here - it will do a drowsy!

i think little mermaid could do well, great score, though only having the CD not sure how good the show is itself!

I also hope the spring awakening does well when it opens in hammersmith next year, will be interesting to see how UK audiences take to it!

Would also love to see Young Frankenstein come over...

Young Frankenstein will undoubtedly come over here, following the success pattern of 'The Producers'.

I'd like to see Curtains- though Drowsy didn't attract me at all (I'd have seen it if I lived in London, but it didn't incline me to make the journey).

Would love the Color Purple to come over here, but doubt that it would do well. Absolutely adore the show though. As for Little Mermaid. I saw it on Broadway and thought it was .... ..... ehm ... let's say not good. The set was great, the costumes looked cheap and the way they solved the "swimming" was just plain ridiculous IMO.
