Two bits of this story interest me....

She said: “I am so happy to have won West End Star - for a second I thought I was actually going to die on live TV. It’s a dream come true

Yet she then says.....

Before I entered West End Star, I had never sung a song from a musical. I had only ever seen one musical my life, Cats, as a teenager on a school trip to London.

So it's a dream come true despite only ever having seen one musical and having never sung a song from a musical before. This impresses me not!

I think it's the standard thing you're supposed to say. It doesn't look too good if the winner's interview goes like:

Q: How does it feel to have beaten all these hopefuls to win the once-in-a-lifetime chance to perform on a West End stage?
A: 's allright, I guess.

Saw her on Breakfast this morning, and in answer to my own comment

she fills the void well!!!

I have seen the last weeks of the show, and she is just fantastic. she has a fantastic voice and i think think Nina was the only one of the girls in the show who can take on the part of the lady og the lake. i can't wait to see her on stage!
