Yep. I did finally get a ticket but but it took ages and i'm still not sure whether my first transaction went through as crashed at last hurdle and then no couldn't get through to find out if it had gone through.
So we know now if they do release any more much ado tickets it will be real melt down, the poor site clearly can't cope with that many hits all at once. Hope you eventually got through JWC.

Had exactly the same problem as Peggs compounded by a telephone line that was engaged for over two hours (with no ring back facility) and then put you in a queue for more than 15 minutes - I gave up and went back to the website. Eventually got through and successfully ordered tickets for another day. Went back to the phone and sat in queue again for about ten minutes when I finally spoke to a human. It transpired my original purchase had gone through but there was nothing to show that to me and I now had two lots of tickets!! (Peggs you might want to check that that hasn't happened to you or you might be charged twice!) The National may not charge booking fees but the amount of time/money spent I might just have well have paid one. Ah well off to War Horse in early Feb - have I really got to wait that long?

Well, it is not only the National that is difficult to book for online or by phone. I have just spent two evenings trying to book tickets for the ROH, but have still got nowhere, in spite of emails going back and forth. I feel as if I am going round and round in circles, like a mouse on a treadmill. So much information has to be typed in every time, yet I still get messages informing me that I am giving wrong information. I tried phoning several times, but after going through the usual menus and the same recorded information about performances, I was left waiting so long in the queue that I just gave up.

I have had the same experience with the ROH in the past, and wonder if anyone is able to use their online service satisfactorily.
