Thats great I had a look but it doesn't tell you much about what they're doing in the cabaret. I heard they might be getting Lindsay Hately back to do something. Do you think Gavin Creel will do any of his own stuff from the album?

Linzi was on one of the previous cabarets but who knows, Linzi was the original member of Mary Poppins so I'm not surprised if they invite her to do sth! Anyway, bought my tkts today, sitting at F20, SO excited!!!!!!!

One of the cast members, Howard Jones, came from my dance school in Norfolk! (Well not MY dance school but the dance school I go to!) I was only about 7 so this was about 9 years ago but I remember him backstage and I have a video of him in our show called WEATHER OR NOT. He danced in various things but I love watching him dancing Singing In The Rain most of all. I'm so pleased he is doing well for himself. Go Howie! biggrin.gif

Thanks for all info. I'm so excited now and can't wait. I've been told it should be a good laugh with some fun twists. Who knows what they're going to do?!

Just came back and what a delightful evening it is! Never been in the Trafalgar Studios before and what an intimate theatre it is! (which I cannot imagine RENT in! anyway...) A great beginning and wonderful performances from EVERYONE and one of the highlights was definitely Gavin coming out pulling Scarlett backstage and Scarlett like 'Im watching the show! I'm watching the show!!!!!!' HILARIOUS! Anyway Louise Gold was the Queen puppet who was hilarious! Rebecca and Hannah coming out together as Mrs. Banks was HILARIOUS as well! Zee Asha was on FIRE with her 'Right About Time' number and her introduction about what Mary Poppins do up at the rooftop every evening with her umbrella.... the parrot head side was just... lol. The newly staged 'Cell Block Tango' was funny as well and may I ask who was Sleeping Beauty?? Anyway, Claire Machin's 'Love Story' was great and who'd guess that 'Anything Can Happen' could be SO darn dirty and naughty with Rebecca and Louise Davidson dressed up in leather 'punishing' the 3 dancers. And the drag act 'Dreamgirls' was amazing so was Romy & Ray's 'Side By Side'. Really enjoyed 'Standing On The Corner'!!!! What great voices!!! And great speech Gavin!!! And 'Feed The Birds' brought a tear to my eye even though it was abit funny seeing drag queens, SM girls, Disney sluts sing it lol. Anyway, touching speech by Theatrecares Chair David Pendlebury and a great ending number of Super..licious. Alot of actors were in the audience like James Gillan, Simon Lipkin to name a few. Anyway, I really hope that this'll be released in DVD and sold to help out with the Theatrecares funding!!!

Amazing evening and wanna thank the whole cast and crew for their performances and really touched me to see how much effort they've put into it!
