This was announced on Thursday on the ROH website, Rolando has had to cancel all his engagements this year (since July) due to health reasons.
I for one am sad to hear this news as he is a great Nemorino. Currently Stefano Secco (as already planned) is perfoming the role on Monday 19th November and Saturday 24th November.
Anyone know who is replacing Rolando? I think (being a fan of the gheorghiu/alagne CD) that Roberto would be great!
