With Legally Blonde announcing today that they are starting student tickets, I was just wondering if anyone new any other shows that sell student tickets and when there availble. Also if there available at weekends.

Sister Act do throughout all performances, best available on the day at £25, also under26 Monday - Thursday.
Wicked do all performances except Saturday Evenings, best available on the day at £25.
Avenue Q (i think) do advance booking for £20 for students at all performances, though I heard that is changing when it moves to the latest stop on its apparent West End tour.
Hairspray do I think, all for £25 but thats closing soon obviously.

I've heard of more, but not being a student anymore its not really on my priority list to check out.

Dirty Dancing - £25 weekdays
Dreamboats and Petticoats - £25 all performances
Jersey Boys - £25 weekdays
Les Mis - £27.50 weekdays
Oliver - £25 weekdays
Thriller - £25 midweek
WWRY - £27.50 (not sure what days)

Also ENRON does £25 student standby but were sold out yesterday afternoon!

Do correct me if I'm wrong but I heard that if you went to Avenue Q for a matinee show, students can get a seat for £10?
London's West End: Wicked x2; War Horse; The Phantom of the Opera; Jersey Boys x2; Sister Act; Lend Me A Tenor; Betty Blue Eyes; Legally Blonde; Les Miserables.

UK Tour: Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat; Annie; Blood Brothers; We Will Rock You.

Yes - only Monday-Thursday performances. They are near £25 if I remember, something weird like £22.75 or something weird.

Avenue Q upper circle is all £10 midweek.

And ID wise I use my college student card. Never had a problem except at Wicked where they wouldn't take it since it didn't have a date on it. We bought tickets for £15 and moved to the best seats anyway. At a La Cage matinee once I saw a woman in her 40's get a student ticket with an ID from the open university. Depends on the theatre I guess.

Im wonder what the Hair concession price will be. It is listed on the facebook page that they will do concessions but when I rang the other day they didn't have the information yet.

I only ask because i'm a student but my younger sister isn't and was wondering if she could have a student ticket as well because i heard you can only have one ticket per id.

Yep that is the rule, one ticket per ID not booking.

I always use my NUS instead of my uni ID card, just because it's more widely accepted. Also Wicked accept Railcards but I think they're the only theatre to do so
