If your other half....or friend ...or Santa were to surprise you with a wonderful pair of tickets for a play next year....best stalls, no expense spared, what would it be?
Or perhaps a dream casting as a gift from a producer?

Me, I think I would really like to see Jerusalem...haven't yet got tickets but after seeing Mark Rylance in Endgame I am a fan!

I'll probably get toiletries and gloves! Merry Christmas one and all!

Would have to be Enron or Danton's Death for me.

Or best seat you can get (which is a bit of an interesting one) for Henry VIII at the Globe.
RSC: Romeo and Juliet, The Tempest, The Rape of Lucrece, The Ensemble Revealed, Cardenio, The City Madam, Macbeth, The Merchant of Venice, Little Eagles, Silence, American Trade, Dunsinane

NT: Frankenstein

West End: Naked Boys Singing

ENO: A Midsummer Night's Dream

It'd have to be The Caretaker at the Trafalgar Studios, predominantly for practical purposes; the Studios rarely discount as much as I'd like, and the seats I can afford are generally terrible. So if anyone wants to help me with a cheaper way to see this particular play, I'm not going to turn them down!

I often get theatre tokens for Christmas. I shall not sneeze should that happen again this year. :3

That would be good...

My husband is getting Priscilla tickets from me. Not what I would choose to go to, but I'm looking forward to it very much.

Play: Six Degrees of Separation. I'm not afraid to say that I'm a huge Buffy geek and cannot wait for this!

Musical: Oliver or Priscilla. Because I couldn't afford to go otherwise.

Dream Casting:

Henry IV 1&2, directed by Rupert Goold, Simon Russell-Beale as Falstaff, at Wilton's.

Also (it has been proposed actually) Brian Cox as John Gabriel Borkmann played with a flavour of RBS/Fred Goodwin.

Yes, to both. SRB would bring to Falstaff that quick change from light to dark and the real amorality of the character. OOOO exciting. If we wish hard enough....
Cox too bulky for Goodwin - Alex Jennings?

A LOTR revival with commercial success

Continuous work for all my favorite performers

Dan Stevens back on stage soon

Arcadia transfer to Broadway (although I doubt it would be successful)
