Gosh you're a bit keen. I'd be surprised if tickets are available yet.

Really excited for this...

Would love to see Joanna Riding as either the Witch or Bakers Wife and Philip Quast as the Baker.

I'd also love love love Jo Riding to play Elizabeth in The Crucible - PLEASE???

Much as I adore Phil's work I can't see him as the Baker and he would be wasted as the Prince/Wolf (which would be the right part vocally). But he must do Sweeney soon, surely?
I'd like to see Ruthie do the Witch. Sadly Regents Park budgets don't run to this level of star.

I had the great fortune to see Phillip Quast in the Sydney Theatre Company production of "Into The Woods" in 1992 in which he payed The Wolf/ Prince. He was superb as was the rest of the cast including Tony Sheldon of "Priscella" as The Baker. Mr. Quast returns to Melbourne, Australia to play Mr. banks in "Mary Poppins"- can hardly wait to see him on stage again.

Strange casting! I can't quite see Phil as the mousey Mr. Banks!

Joanna Riding would be a magnificent Baker's Wife.

I think I might be the only one who this appeals to, but . . . Jenny Galloway as The Witch.

Bertie Carvel as The Baker?
