Does anyone know of any discounts on Wicked tickets? I am looking to book for late Jan. And I am correct in thinking that TKTS never have discounted tickets for the show?
Thanks.

I'm not sure about discounts, but side stalls are really cheap and you can still see everything. I'd go for those!

Jersey Boys . Avenue Q . The 39 Steps . Legally Blonde . Mamma Mia! . Deathtrap . War Horse . The Wizard of Oz . Ghost the Musical .
[Broadway] Next to Normal . Wicked .
[UK Tour] West Side Story (Salford) . Joseph (Sheffield) . Oklahoma! (Sheffield) . Blood Brothers (Sheffield) . Avenue Q (Sheffield) . Jekyll and Hyde (Sheffield) . Tell Me On A Sunday (Sheffield) . Journey's End (Sheffield) .
[Regional] Hamlet (Sheffield Crucible) . Othello (Sheffield Crucible) . Company (Sheffield Crucible) .

As suggested, we bought Stall tickets for £25 (directly through the website) and were sat at the very side of the Stalls on Row D, they were brilliant seats and we could see almost everything (couple of scenes lasting seconds were difficult to see as the ensemble stood at the side of the stage). Daft as a few seats closer in and the seats were going for £68 !!

The £20/£25 stalls seats are great. There are also a couple pf £30 seats at the front and side of the circle which I really like as well.

Wait until December. Wicked participate in the Get Into London Theatre so you should be able to get top seats for £35.

we have had 2 tickets on the day for row k side stalls from leicester square ticket office for £30 and they were great, its in the building that says beurea de change and is the corner towards the prince of wales theater as if you are coming from picadilly and it is also a STAR ticket office so your getting legal tickets.
"How dare they try to end this beauty!?!?"

If you look on broadwaybox.com you will find discounts for most things - or meal deals at least!

I don't understand how everyone is telling you that back stalls/side stalls are great. I can say with all honesty that the worst show for seating I've EVER been to is Wicked. The only place in that entire theatre where I feel like I can see EVERYTHING is the front two rows, in the centre. Otherwise, there's either too many heads in the way, or it's too side-on, or the props get in the way.

Of course the side stalls aren't perfect, why else would they not be full price? But they are very good. I'm only 5'1" and I could see absolutely fine from G38 which I got for £30. The seats infront of us were £20 and I'm sure the view was very similar. Also seat G37 is £60 so your practically sat in the full price section anyway. There are tiny bits you miss because the scenery is in the way, but I only counted two that I couldn't see properly and they weren't very important and only lasted a few seconds each.
