The two new productions are on the Donmar's website with a caption saying that public booking opens on 14th December. I am a friend but haven't had any word on when the friends' booking period starts. Perhaps the information has become a victim of the postal strike?

No handy link for those of us whose computers are too rubbish to be able to go hunting for the article ourselves in a timely manner without getting in trouble with our bosses? Or even a brief summary? tongue.gif

As Michael Grandage begins rehearsals for the world première of John Logan’s Red, he announces the spring season at the company’s home base in Covent Garden.

Following Red at the Donmar Warehouse, is a new production of Lanford Wilson’s Serenading Louie, and the world première of Mark Haddon’s first work for theatre – Polar Bears. Later in the year the Donmar will stage a revival of Stephen Sondheim’s Passion as part of a celebration of the composer’s work in honour of his 80th birthday.
This is my street, I smile at the faces I've known all my life, They regard me with pride.

How awesome! I love Mark Haddon's books (the ones aimed squarely at kids, anyway), and what a great opportunity to see Passion. Thank you both very much for the handy links and the brief summary. smile.gif

Thanks for the info. I am ever so slightly over-excited about prospect of seeing Elena Roger again at the Donmar, so definitely looking forward to Passion
Don't bother, I'm here...
