Rebecca Hall is also to join the National Theatre's cast for Checkov's The Cherry Orchard (See News, 29 Jun 2010) for their 2011 season.

Amanda Drew, who will play Olivia, was recently seen in the West End as the female lead in Rupert Goold's Enron. Simon Paisley Day, who recently appeared in the Noel Coward play Private Lives, takes on the role of Malvolio.

Also in the cast are: Ben Mansfield (Sebastian), Charles Edwards (Aguecheek), Finty Williams (Maria), Samuel James (Fabian), David Ryall (Feste). Orsino will be played by Marton Csokas.

Nancy Carroll will lead the cast in the stage adaptation of David Mamet's House of Games at the Almeida Theatre later this year.

Carroll, playing the role of psychoanalyst Margaret Ford in the stage adaptation of the 1987 film, will be joined in the cast by Trevor Cooper and Dermot Crowley. She recently drew critical acclaim for her role in After the Dance at the National Theatre.

The production will open at the Almeda on 16 September 2010 (previews from 9 September) and will be directed by Lindsay Posner, who is well know for his previous work with Mamet plays.
