Ian McKellen stars as Hamlet, 50 years after first taking on the role in this reimagined age, colour and gender-blind production of Shakespeare’s unrelenting tale of madness, revenge and death.

Hamlet forms part of a unique season at Theatre Royal Windsor led by acclaimed director Sean Mathias with one company of actors including Steven Berkoff, Jonathan Hyde, Jenny Seagrove, Francesca Annis, Ben Allen, Emmanuella Cole, Llinos Daniel, Alis Wyn Davies, Ashley D Gayle, Nick Howard-Brown, Asif Khan, Lee Knight and Missy Malek.
