Life’s a Drag

A fun and heartfelt drag play that follows Maxine, an awkward Queer teenager as she wrestles with her identity. Facing misogyny from the queer scene and homophobia from everyone else, Max is reliant on a dissociative identity that she has created, a tell it like it is Drag Diva. Will the Diva be able to save the love of Max’s life and salvage her fractured family relationship… or will Max’s two worlds collide tearing her apart. “Do you seriously think drag is just wearing women’s clothes?”
