A son of socialists brings his boyfriend to a family dinner. A child takes pictures with crying strangers. A pregnant woman lets herself slip into the water. In this fast-paced, inventive and comical play, seven anonymous adults and four smiling children invite you into their bizarre world. Their world is a reflection of our own, but the image has been meddled with, it is distorted – the product of a funhouse mirror which magnifies the absurdity of human behaviour and raises two questions: Can you accept the status quo? And what will the consequences be if you choose to raise your voice and revolt?
