About the Show
The first of the three piano quartet concerts. This concert will feature Anthony Marwood (violin), Garfield Jackson (viola), David Waterman (cello) and Mishka Rushdie Momen (piano); who will be performing Antonin Dvorák’s delightful Sonatina in G major; Johannes Brahms’s C minor Piano Quartet (arguably one of the greatest masterworks of the genre); and Gabriel Fauré’s Piano Quartet no.2 in G minor with its truly overwhelming energy.
