cirQueer is PROUD to present as a a main course the first full-length showing of The Chosen Haram by Sadiq and Hauk. Performed on two Chinese poles, The Chosen Haram is an intimate and honest portrayal of a love between two men from different worlds. Both burdened by cultural obstacles, they seek a pathway together to express their love for one another. The Chosen Haram was listed by The Stage as one of the Top 5 Circus Shows and top 50 overall shows in 2019. But that’s not all: as an amuse bouche, cirQueer also presents Cirq in Progress, short and tasty delights including aerial straps from Deja Da’Bomb (the drag alter ego of Lj Marles), Cyr Wheel from Jaide Annalise and more to be announced… EAT IT!
