A gritty streetwise adaptation of Briar Rose, set in a kingdom devastated by unemployment and famine where few survive alone and gangs are the norm. The princess is born and a bad spell is cast upon her. When she meets an urban wolf her fate is sealed when she pricks herself with the tip of a needle. Will this modern-day princess wake up?
