Invisible Music

Inspired by a poem her mother wrote about her experiences of gradually losing her hearing, Artistic Director of Platform4, Catherine Church, asked herself, “Could I make a sound-piece about the loss of sound?” Told through a variety of musical instruments and sampled voices, this piece also uses a series of interviews the company made with members of Winchester’s lip reading group.
