That Love Thing

Writer and actor Peter Keeley uses his own archive of poems and writing spanning 20 years to create a new autobiographical theatre show. That Love Thing is a story of courage and confusion, crashing together the world of ordinary love with the not-so-ordinary world of disability. Peter uses his lived experiences to take us on a journey, tracking the teenage life of one Manchester resident and his beloved wheelchair (Meteor) – as Peter comes to terms with the life that has been thrust upon him.
