About the Show

Join us on a colourful, musical journey as Princess Rose tries to catch up with her runaway peacock pet.

Princess Rose only likes Pink,‘ No other Colour will do! ’ Will she change her mind when she discovers a new world of gorgeous colours outside the palace and the secret surprise of The Pink Peacock. The sing-along soundtrack of original songs ranges from Folk to Rock and Roll with a pinch of Samba.

We welcome audience participation and children are always keen to help Princess Rose make good choices and find her way.

This show celebrates the power of kindness, the excitement of new experiences and the joy of making friends.

Team Peacock are bringing their ‘Utterly Charming,’ family musical The Princess and the Peacock to Greenwich Theatre Studio on Saturday 11th April 2026, with a choice of two performance times: 2pm and 4pm.

This enchanting, feelgood show based on The Pink Peacock Picture Book by Nicolette Carter, has something for all ages, with comedy, cool choreography, catchy songs and a very cheeky peacock. Previously performed at South Street Arts Centre-Reading and River house Barn Arts Centre-Surrey.
