Welcome to Mariah & Friendz: the queer cabaret only loosely inspired by Mariah Carey! Expect in-your-face live acts from some of London’s finest drag, cabaret and circus performers. Joyful, anarchic, silly and unique – it’s a queer riot! Following an amazing response to our Underbelly 2018 show, East-London party legends Mariah & Friendz bring a steaming pile of queer cheer to the Underbelly Festival 2019 Spiegeltent, with their blend of drag acts, circus stunts and nu-burlesque! Hosted by award-winning drag monstrosities Baby Lame and Crystal Beth, and featuring an all-star queer cast of London’s best, including circus-queens, aerial boylesque, flame-throwing burlesque, and jaw-dropping, death-dropping drag! This freakishly fabulous fest will feature over-the-top campery, joyous audience participation, sickening stunts, and mass queer sex appeal! And yes, even some Mariah Carey!
