A Sadler’s Wells Summer University artist, Eva Recacha is a London-based, Spanish choreographer whose distinctive voice has seen her placed twice as a Place Prize finalist. Returning to the Lilian Baylis Studio for the first time since her Wild Card evening in 2014, Eva brings us the world premiere of her new full-length work ? an absurd and humorous duet set in limbo, where two women suffer from eternal boredom and lack of acknowledgement. Inspired by Eva’s own experiences of motherhood, Aftermath questions what living in a post-feminism, post-truth, post-everything world means, and what happens when change is no longer an option.
