BBC Introducing Artist Of The Year Tom Grennan will make his Royal Albert Hall debut as part of a week of special shows in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust. The singer-songwriter has had a phenomenal 12 months, which saw the release of his debut album Lighting Matches and a sold-out nationwide tour.
