About This Show
On Easter Day 2023, the British Suzuki Music Association is delighted to present a magical Gala Concert – a true celebration and showcase of Suzuki music – at the Royal Albert Hall. This inspirational event will present the very best of Suzuki with performers from across Europe and the UK as well as from further afield. The performances of our young Suzuki musicians will be supported by the British Suzuki Ensemble – a group of UK Suzuki teachers and professional players of the highest musical calibre.
The Suzuki Method of music education is based on the philosophy and teaching methods developed by the Japanese violinist, pedagogue, educator and humanitarian, Dr Shinichi Suzuki. The British Suzuki Music Association is responsible for training teachers in the Suzuki Method and supporting its membership of families involved in the Suzuki movement.
