Cabaret legend Lenny Beige is back at his beloved Crazy Coqs, and this time he is resurrecting his tribute show to one of this country’s greatest ever all-round entertainers, Mr Anthony Newley, in his 90th Birthday year. This show is a deeply personal and affectionate portrait, told through a series of letters and of course using the great man’s astonishing collection of songs including Feeling Good, The Candy Man, What Kind of Fool Am I, Pure Imagination, Goldfinger and many more. Newley was an actor, director, writer, producer, cabaret artiste, raconteur and was Lenny’s foremost inspiration and his mentor and this show is Lenny’s own unique way of keeping the flame of Newley burning bright.
