Snake Davis is established as the leading soul-funk and jazz sax player in the UK. Musical Director for M People and saxophonist for James Brown, Smokey Robinson, Chaka Khan and Lisa Stansfield, Snake is never happier than when playing with his band featuring John Ellis on hammond organ, Steve Williams on bass and Eryl Roberts on drums and percussion. Together they make a wonderful jazzy, soulful sound, an energetic combination of Snake’s own compositions and versions of great sound and R&B classics.
