Former 10,000 Maniacs front-woman Natalie Merchant is back after an eight year absence with her new album ‘Leave Your Sleep’ (released on 12 April 2010). Described as ‘the most elaborate project ever completed or even imagined’, Leave Your Sleep is a set of 26 songs adapted from poems by both famous and unknown writers. Alongside new compositions, expect to hear old favourites such as ‘Jealousy’ and ‘Carnival’.
