The long-running musical Wicked will introduce two new principal cast members at the Gershwin Theatre from 3 March.

Keri René Fuller, currently standby for Elphaba, will take on the role full-time. Emma Flynn, who recently appeared as Cher in the West End production of Clueless, joins as Glinda, marking Flynn’s Broadway debut.

Current leads Lencia Kebede and Allie Trimm will play their final performances on 1 March. Further casting updates are expected in the coming weeks.

Now in its 23rd year in New York, Wicked remains the fourth longest-running show in Broadway history. The production has been staged in over 100 cities worldwide and translated into six languages.

Based on Gregory Maguire’s novel, the musical features music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and a book by Winnie Holzman, with direction by Joe Mantello and musical staging by Wayne Cilento.
