The show opens next month

A new track has been released ahead of the world premiere of Precipice, an electro-folk musical opening at the New Diorama Theatre from 11 November.
The number, “Flash in the Pan”, offers a first look at the show and the collaborative process behind its creation by new company Timelapse.
Set across two time periods, Precipice follows the residents of a Greenwich high-rise who find themselves facing crisis and consequence. In the near present, a biomedical emergency forces a young couple to confront their role in a looming catastrophe, while four centuries later, a surviving community must contend with the truths that threaten their fragile existence.
The cast features Max Alexander-Taylor as Biscuits, Holly Freeman as Emily, Isabella Marshall as Maggie, Melinda Orengo as Piper, and Eric Stroud as Ash.
The piece has been created and directed by Timelapse’s artistic director Adam Lenson, with writing contributions from Stu Barter, Rachel Bellman, Darren Clark, Annabelle Lee Revak, and Shaye Poulton Richards. The project was developed through the New Diorama Theatre’s Intervention01 programme, which supports experimental approaches to theatre-making.
The creative team includes designer Libby Todd, lighting designer Ben Jacobs, sound designer Mike Thacker for Orbital, and producer Lia Buddle.
Lenson said the company had been given the opportunity to create “as audacious a new musical as I can remember,” adding that the team has crafted “a gripping story and exhilarating songs” brought to life by a group of multi-skilled performers.
