The West End cast of School of Rock will perform at the 17th Annual WhatsOnStage Awards in February.

Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical opened in November 2016, with WhatsOnStage critic Sarah Crompton saying: "You'd need a heart of stone not to melt at its sheer joy." It has been nominated for Best New Musical at this year's awards.

They will perform "Teacher's Pet", which is one of the songs from the original 2003 film starring Jack Black.

School of Rock join the previously announced Tyrone Huntley and Ria Jones, who will also be performing at the ceremony.

The 17th Annual WhatsOnStage Awards take place at the Prince of Wales Theatre on 19 February.
