Tom Hollander, Freddie Fox and the cast of Travesties celebrated the opening of its West End transfer at the Apollo Theatre last night.

The were joined by the play's writer Tom Stoppard and director Patrick Marber. The production ran at the Menier Chocolate Factory in October last year where it broke the theatre's box office record by selling out before the first preview.

The play is about British diplomat Henry Carr and his encounters with the likes of James Joyce and Lenin during the First World War.
