Tennant made his return to the West End in Marber’s play
David Tennant, Adrian Scarborough and Patrick Marber celebrated the opening of Don Juan in Soho at Wyndham's Theatre last night.
Tennant plays the title character in Marber's adaptation of Molière's 1665 Dom Juan. It updates the piece and sets it in a contemporary London.
In her review for WhatsOnStage, Sarah Crompton said the piece finds "resonance in a play from 1665 to throw some light and a lot of laughter on the world in which we live today".
Other guests at the party included Zoë Wanamaker, Nigel Harman, and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child's Paul Thornley.
