Operation Mincemeat releases expanded cast version for schools in the UK and Ireland

The writers released a joint statement, saying: “One of the questions we get asked the most is ‘will there ever be a school’s version of Operation Mincemeat.’ Well, now we’re thrilled to say that our new expanded cast version of the show is available for young agents across the UK and Eire.

“There’s a character for every kid in the class, great opportunities for theatricality and physical storytelling, and most importantly, plenty of space to let young performers be complete and utter idiots. We can’t wait to see this brilliant (and educational!) story in their hands.”

Producer Jon Thoday for Avalon aded: “It’s incredibly exciting to be partnering with Concord Theatricals to bring Operation Mincemeat to a whole new generation of young performers. From its beginnings in a 77-seat theatre to the West End, Broadway and now stages around the world, the show’s journey has been extraordinary.
