The West End welcomes Oh, Mary! tonight, 3 December.
Penned by 2025 Tony Award winner Cole Escola and directed by 2025 Tony Award winner Sam Pinkleton, Oh, Mary! opened on Broadway in 2024.
A historically dubious wartime comedy, Escola’s hit comedy is about bored alcoholic housewife Mary Todd Lincoln, who pines for the cabaret stage but is constantly undermined by her homosexual husband, who just happens to be the President of the United States.
Led by WhatsOnStage Award nominee Mason Alexander Park in the title role of Mary Todd Lincoln, the cast also features Kate O’Donnell as Mary’s Chaperone, Oliver Stockley as Mary’s Husband’s Assistant, with Dino Fetscher as Mary’s Teacher and Giles Terera as Mary’s Husband.
The creative team includes scenic designer dots, costume designer Holly Pierson, lighting designer Cha See, sound designer and composer Daniel Kluger, sound designer Drew Levy, wig designer Leah J Loukas, props supervisor Addison Heeren, and arranger David Dabbon. Casting is by Stuart Burt.
It is booking at the Trafalgar Theatre until 25 April 2026.
