New show from A Taste of Ireland team to land in London next month

A new production from the creators of A Taste of Ireland is set to make its UK premiere at the Peacock Theatre this August. Éireann by A Taste of Ireland will run from 28 to 31 August 2025.

The show combines traditional Irish dance with live music, visuals and original choreography, and explores themes drawn from Irish history including ancient mythology, Viking invasions, the Famine and the Easter Rising. A cast of 16 dancers and four musicians will perform the show entirely live.

Performers include Riverdance and Lord of the Dance alumni, as well as multiple world champion dancers such as Gavin Shevlin, Julia O’Rourke, Alliyah O’Hare, Callum O’Neill, Cian Walsh and Clara Sheppard. They are joined by musicians including Megan McGinley on fiddle and Aaron O’Grady on guitar.

The production is created and directed by Brent Pace with co-direction by Ceili Moore and musical direction by Charlie Galloway. Éireann has previously toured in Australia, New Zealand, North America and Off-Broadway. This run marks its first major West End appearance.
