The play is the venue’s fourth to be live streamed via the web
Hampstead Theatre has announced its latest live stream, of Nina Raine's acclaimed NHS play Tiger Country, which will take place on Saturday (17 January 2015).
Viewers will be able to watch via the Hampstead or Telegraph websites.
Written and directed by Raine, the play, which gives an insight into the working life of staff at a large London hospital, was first seen at the Hampstead in 2011.
Indira Varma leads a cast of Ruth Everett, Souad Faress, Jenny Galloway, Nick Hendrix, Maxwell Hutcheon, Tricia Kelly, Alastair MacKenzie, Wunmi Mosaku, Shaun Parkes and Luke Thompson.
Hampstead has previously live streamed productions including Beth Steel's Wonderland and Howard Brenton's Drawing the Line.
Artistic director Edward Hall said: "Hampstead's previous Free Streams have attracted over 50,000 views in 86 countries demonstrating that with the right sponsorship and media partnerships, it is possible to bring the best of British theatre to a truly global audience.
"Nina Raine's play is an accomplished glimpse into the realities of working in the modern NHS. Meticulously researched and brilliantly delivered – I hope wherever you are, you enjoy it."
