First look at In the Heights rehearsals

Images have been released of the cast in rehearsals for In the Heights, which opens for previews on Saturday 3 October at King's Cross Theatre.

The Tony Award-winning Broadway show returns to London after a sell-out UK premiere at Southwark Playhouse in 2014.

Sam Mackay leads the cast, returning to the role of Usnavi opposite Sugababes star Jade Ewen as Vanessa.

Reprising their roles following the Southwark Playhouse run are David Bedella (Kevin), Josie Benson (Camila), Victoria Hamilton-Barritt (Daniela), Sarah Naudi (Carla) and Eve Polycarpou (Abuela).

The production is directed by Luke Sheppard with music and lyrics by Hamilton writer Lin-Manuel Miranda.

In the Heights runs at the King's Cross Theatre from 3 October to 1 November 2015.
