Exclusive: Tony Award nominee Conrad Ricamora will make his West End concert debut this autumn in RepresentAsian: An Evening of Asian Talent, a one-night-only fundraising concert at the Lyric Theatre on Monday 13 October 2025.

The event will showcase leading Asian musical theatre performers from across the globe alongside emerging talent, celebrating diversity and inclusivity while fundraising for a new scholarship at the Boury Academy.

The initiative is supported in collaboration with Ricamora’s own fund, The Right to Be There, which also works to create opportunities for young Asian artists.

Ricamora, who recently originated the role of Abraham Lincoln in Broadway’s Oh, Mary! and earned a Tony nomination for his performance, said: “I’m honored that RepresentAsian reached out and invited me to be part of this incredible night in London. The work they’re doing with the Boury Academy — creating real opportunities for young Asian artists — resonates deeply with me.

“Partnering with them feels like a natural extension of my own scholarship fund, The Right to Be There. I’m thrilled to be making my West End debut while joining forces across the Atlantic to invest in the next generation of talent.”

The actor is currently filming The Devil Wears Prada 2 and will next appear in The Last Day opposite Alicia Vikander and Victoria Pedretti. He is best known to television audiences for his role in How to Get Away With Murder and has also starred in The Resident, Dying for Sex, and the award-winning film Fire Island.

RepresentAsian is produced by Aixa Amarante Productions, with casting director Ben Armstrong spearheading the project alongside Ghostlight Productions on design. Further casting and creative team members are still to be announced.

Armstrong commented: “Representation matters a great deal to me, as a mixed-race Sri Lankan individual, and I want to give back to the Asian community. Providing access and opportunities to young people is how to widen the talent pool, strengthen representation and hopefully inspire others to commit to inclusivity and diversity in the arts. I can’t wait to share this show with a West End audience.”

Tickets are on sale now via Nimax Theatres.
