Busted’s Bourne Gets New Musical Out There???

Former Busted star James Bourne knows a lot about starting young in showbiz, so it seems fitting that he has written a new musical for Youth Music Theatre UK. Called Out There, it marks the second collaboration between Bourne and co-writer Elliot Davis, following Loserville (adapted from a 2005 album), which was also produced by Youth Music Theatre.

Out There tells the story the mysterious disappearance of an astronaut and his visitor who turns up at his house 40 years later with a letter. It will be showing on 26 and 27 August at South Hill Park Arts Centre and has been tipped for the West End in 2012.
