Dates confirmed for open auditions of Cilla the Musical

Dates and cities have been confirmed for the open auditions of the upcoming musical Cilla.
The producers are searching for an actress to play Cilla Black in Cilla on the UK tour of the show, which opens in Liverpool – Black's home town.
Auditions will be held on Tuesday 2 May at Liverpool Empire, Monday 8 May at Edinburgh Playhouse, Tuesday 9 May at Birmingham New Alexandra Theatre and Friday 12 May at London Dominion Theatre.
The show runs at Liverpool Empire from 7 to 16 September before heading out on a UK tour to cities including Edinburgh (19 to 23 September), Southampton (3 to 7 October), Blackpool (17 to 21 October), Cardiff (31 October to 4 November), London (7 to 11 November), Manchester (21 to 25 November) and Stoke (14 to 18 November).
Cilla is an adaptation of the ITV mini-series on the life of singer and entertainer Black by Jeff Pope. It follows the story of Black as she rose to fame from her beginnings in Liverpool. Songs include "Anyone Who Had a Heart", "Alfie", and "Something Tells Me".
