Strictly Confidential Shimmies to Salford, 8 July

Date: 3 April 2013

With the TV hit Strictly Come Dancing proving to be as popular as ever, tickets are on sale for Strictly Confidential at The Lowry, a new show giving fans the chance to get up close and personal with Lisa Riley and other stars from the 2012 contest, this Summer.

From the producers of the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour, this brand new show, written and directed by the country’s most notorious TV entertainment judge Craig Revel Horwood, stars Lisa Riley, Artem Chigvintsey, Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite.

The show promises to take fans on an intimate journey into the stars’ backgrounds and motivations live on stage, giving audiences a personal insight into what led them to their Strictly Come Dancing adventure. Their stories are told through music, song and dance routines.

Actress Lisa Riley is best known for her role in ITV1’s Emmerdale, and is also a popular Strictly contestant and semi finalist- starring in Series 10 of the BBC One show.

Lisa says; “When I first signed up to Strictly I had no idea that I’d be able to ballroom dance, so I was thrilled to be asked to do the live tour. Being able to be a part of Strictly Confidential as well is such a great opportunity and I’m really looking forward to continue working with Craig, Artem, Natalie and Ian.”

Strictly Confidential is at the Lowry from 8 - 14 July, 2013.
