1st Night Photos: Ragtime at the Open Air Theatre Date: 29 May 2012 Summer officially started in theatreland last night as the Open Air Theatre in Regent's Park kicked off its new season with a revival of Tony Award-winning musical Ragtime. Artistic director Timothy Sheader takes the helm, with choreography by Javier de Frutos; Matthew Dunster's new production of A Midsummer Night's Dream joins Ragtime in rep from 11 June (previews from 2 June). The ensemble cast includes Tamsin Carroll, Harry Hepple, George Bukhari, David Birrell, Rolan Bell and Christopher Colquhoun. First night guests enjoying the sunshine included Graham Norton, Victoria Wood and Crazy for You stars Clare Foster and Sean Palmer.
