Opening: Chicago at Garrick, Sheen Hamlet, Westbridge

MONDAY 7 NOVEMBER 2011

The long-running West End musical reopens at the Garrick Theatre, with a cast led by Ugly Betty's America Ferrera as Roxie Hart and Darius Campbell (formerly Danesh) as Billy Flynn.

The Changeling
(PREVIEWS FROM 3 NOVEMBER)

Middleton and Rowley's classic tragedy is revived at Southwark Playhouse by JMK Award winning director Michael Oakley. Until 26 November.

OPENING TUESDAY

The Westbridge
8 NOVEMBER 2011
(PREVIEWS FROM 3 NOVEMBER)

Rachel De-lahay’s The Westbridge premieres as part of the Royal Court's Theatre Local scheme in Peckham, before transferring to the Jerwood Theatre Upstairs.

OPENING WEDNESDAY

Hamlet

9 NOVEMBER 2011

Michael Sheen is the latest big name, following the likes of David Tennant, Jude Law and Rory Kinnear, to tackle the Bard's biggest role. Directed at the Young Vic by Ian Rickson, it runs until 21 January.

Pam Gems' Piaf, charting the rise and fall of the legendary French chanteuse, is revived at Ye Olde Rose and Crown in Walthamstow. Until 26 November.

11 NOVEMBER 2011

Natalie Abrahami direct Anthony Weigh’s new version of Lorca’s harrowing play, in a co-production with Hull Truck Theatre. Until 17 December.

Next Time I'll Sing to You
(PREVIEWS FROM 9 NOVEMBER)

Former Hampstead boss Anthony Clark helms a revival of James Saunders' Next Time I’ll Sing to You at the Orange Tree, where it continues to 10 December.
