Results: Laurence Olivier Winners as Announced

Winners for this year's 35th annual Laurence Olivier Awards, London's equivalent of the Tonys and the UK's most prestigious stage awards, are announced this evening (13 March 2011) at a star-studded ceremony held at the West End’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane.

Delighted by all the awards for After the Dance, but I also wanted Thea Sharrock to be homoured for her beautiful direction. In the musical category, for my money, absolutely everything should have gone to Passion. - jonathan

Great that Legally Blonde, Sheridan Smith and Jill Halfpeeny won--that shows the Critics who were not that keen--amazing how like Les Mis,Legally Blonde has defied the critics and the public have been and are the real critics. - Joe Spiteri
