Further casting announced for Queen Anne West End transfer

The full cast joining Romola Garai and Emma Cunniffe has been announced

Further casting has been announced for West End transfer of Queen Anne at Theatre Royal Haymarket.

As previously announced, Romola Garai will play Sarah, Duchess of Marlborough while Emma Cunniffe plays the title character.

Joining them will be Daisy Ashford (Lady Clarendon), Sheena Bhattessa (Lady Somerset), Gabrielle Brooks, Dave Fishley, Jonny Glynn, Chu Omambala and Sid Sagar.

They join the previously announced Jonathan Christie, Michael Fenton Stevens, James Garnon , Richard Hope, Hywel Morgan, Beth Park and Carl Prekopp.

Helen Edmundson's Queen Anne originally ran at the Swan Theatre in Stratford-Upon-Avon in 2015, with Natasha McElhone as the Duchess, Sarah Churchill. Read our four-star review of the show here.

Produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company, the play will be directed by Natalie Abrahami.

Queen Anne runs at Theatre Royal Haymarket from 10 July to 30 September, with previews from 30 June.
